For the past two years, I’ve been fortunate enough to work for an internet based company that’s been raking in the dough.

Before I began working here, I had this general idea that what they we’re doing was a scam. I literally had not a clue of what was going on. What was their operation?

I flat out didn’t know a thing.

So I was naturally interested in what was going on and since I was friends with the son of the president, I was able to hang around those most closely involved in the company.  Over time I befriended all involved and eventually was given the opportunity to work on a project they had going on.

This was my chance and I knew I had to seize it.

It was some tiny little project where I listened to hours and hours of a live seminar they did and I was going to cut out all of the dead air, or bites that they couldn’t use.  They were going to be packaging up an audio of all the best clips from their recent live seminar and I had to do the grunt work and cut the useless stuff…

Well, if this was my chance to get involved, I wasn’t going to pass it up.

I did it, and I did it well. (The best I could anyway) and it ended up being enough to get me a job that very next Monday.  My first few months on the job it seemed strange to me that you could make such an exorbitant amount of money, while not being in the entertainment industry, sports, etc.

But, you know I began to study what I had free access to and one day it all clicked for me. I realized EXACTLY how they were making all this money.

This was seriously the best training I’d ever got my hands on.

So I kept studying and now I’m one of a select few in our group who is a dedicated member of the Max Pro marketing team. I’ve found that by creating success for myself, I create success for Max pro.  You see, you can’t have one without the other with The Max Pro System. You simply cannot.

I used to think that my job was to bring in money for the company and that was it.  I had to get out of that frame of mind.  What I finally came to grips with was that not only was I making money for the company I worked for, but I was generating money for myself by implementing the tools they were teaching me.

I’m confident enough to say that if my next move in life was to begin my own internet business, I could easily have a game plan mapped out and ready and I would definitely know what I’d need ahead of time.  If you’re reading this post, you only need to realize one thing and one thing only.

It comes from  the late, Billy Mays and he said:

“Life’s a pitch, then you buy.”

Billy was one of the most recognizable faces on television in the entire world.  The guy could flat out pitch any product. He could show you step for step why you needed that product.  This guy was perhaps the greatest, if not the greatest, pitchman of all time.

However, he had one major rule that he always abided by through his entire career spanning decades.  If he didn’t believe in a product, he would not promote it.

Now I’ll ask you this. Do you really believe in everything that Max Pro is offering? Or do you perhaps think it’s too good to be true.  If that’s you, all I can say to you is this:

Get behind this movement. Believe in it, work with it, and use all the training materials you have to your advantage. We’ve mapped out everything you can do in our system.

We literally take care of EVERYTHING short of driving the traffic and we even train you how to do that step by step with exact methods!

Drive the traffic and we’ll do the rest.

Refunds….You might as well acknowledge that they will happen. We all know that any product or opportunity is not right for every single person. That’s just the way it is. You might hate my favorite restaurant….or maybe you would never go to my favorite movie. You do all love Snickers, don’t you? We are all different. It’s better just to accept that the products you sell on your Internet Site will not suit every person, and some people will request a refund.

You will also find some people who purchase only out of curiosity. They will see the refund policy and think: “What have I got to lose?” Some of them are ‘professional refunders’. Does it make us happy? Absolutely not. Can we change it? NO! Several years ago when I became the ‘Queen of Refunds’ in our business, I was almost personally insulted or felt attacked when someone returned a product and asked (sometimes not so nicely) for a refund.

I understand from some of you that you are receiving emails from your customers and they are requesting a refund from you. You don’t have to get personally involved in the refund process or feel responsible. That is what we are here for. It’s just one of the little perks in maintaining your Zoomica membership! We will help you if you need us. We are also here for your customers!

Please understand that each product or service has a refund policy which the customer is aware of before he/she makes a purchase. You don’t have to state the refund policy, give instructions on returning the product, or do the refund. The Zoomica Staff will take care of all of this.

If you are asked about a refund, the best thing you can do is to instruct the customer to put in a support ticket at iipsupport.com—to the billing department. We will direct them in obtaining a refund or in canceling a service. As you know some of the transactions go through Clickbank…others through Priceless Possiblities…others through Zoomica Solutions or Cool Net (Momentum Media Global). If the customer will state exactly what they wish to refund or cancel, we can better help them by giving the correct instructions.

There is never a need for a customer to feel panicky! We maintain our Help Desk at iipsupport.com Monday through Friday. In most cases, support tickets are answered within 24 – 48 hours unless the request is more involved or we need help from our bosses. Please remember that we are real, live people in an office and we care! We do not, however, work 24/7. You will find us at our desks Monday through Friday…and out enjoying the Florida sunshine on Saturday and Sunday!

Don’t feel battered or beat up by refund requests. Just move on and focus your attention on the customers we can help to move forward with their own Internet business. Remember to keep your focus on what you want—not on what you don’t want.

Hello all,

We all want to make money online. And the Max Pro System has been designed so that we can do just that. But we know that to make money we need to build up our site. That’s the job of the affiliate; we have to market our site and get leads into our system.

So how do we do that?

I moderate over in the Club Zoomica forum and I can tell you that when people first join the system many don’t know where to begin. That’s usually the first question that comes up. “How do I start marketing my site?”

So I thought I would just briefly touch on some of the methods that are recommended for the Max Pro System. Article marketing, social networking, posting on forums and blogging can all be great ways to build up your traffic and create a loyal customer base. And the best part about them is that these methods are totally free. (Unless of course you pay a professional writer to do your articles for you. Which even then shouldn’t run you that much.)

One of the most important things to keep in mind when submitting articles and blogging is keep your content UNIQUE. Make sure your content will pass Copyscape. (If you don’t know what that is visit http://www.copyscape.com/.) Keep in mind that the content you generate for your articles and blog posts will be unique to you. It’s your marketing method that you are putting out there to generate your unique customer base. (It’s not like the sales page/letter.)

Social networking sites can be great but you have to be very careful to make sure that you don’t get labeled as a spammer. You’ll need to spend time building trust and relationships. (After all, they do call it social networking.)

Posting on forums is also a great tool. Remember that the most effective method is to place the link to your site in your signature file. But please remember that most of these forums have rules and policies in place that don’t allow you to do this right off the bat. You’ll need to build up trust first. And most of the time there is a post count guideline that you must have before you are allowed to even put live links in your posts.
